Telomeres are specific regions at the end of our chromosomes or ‘genetic blueprint’ that determines your degenerative status. According to the 2009 Nobel-winning theory, cells with long telomere lengths have longer life expectancy. With advances in medical technology, telomere length can now be measured with your blood sample.
